Lately, I've had time to revisit personal shoots. So many gigabytes of archives I have never even looked at, downloaded with the intention that "one day, when I have time" I would edit them. Well, it looks like "one day" arrived, and I am patiently going through each image, and realizing that what I shoot, just for fun, is really no different than what I shoot when I'm on assignment. I was reminded by a dear friend the other day that I photograph everything with love. It's true, I fall in love with what's in front of me, every single time.
Whenever I need to get back in touch with Nature, I take a quick trip to Rocky Mountain National Park, and the drive on Trail Ridge Road quickly puts me in the middle of Paradise. I could spend hours just sitting on one of those rocks and admire the view. I hope you'll visit this incredible park this Summer (and remember to pack a puffy jacket!) - worth the drive.
