It is with a very heavy heart that I'm watching the news lately - the earthquake in my home Country has devastated cities, families and the heart of Italy. After reading story after story of heartache and survival, I kinda froze up. My first instinct was to hop on the first plane to Italy and be with my family, but it's not in the cards right now. So, I'm doing a little fund raiser for the Italian Red Cross, and the Italian American Relief and ask for your help. If you'd like to donate as little as $5, I will send you one of my new blank greeting cards as a thank you, signed by me. These cards have been printed on 5x7 fine art paper and can be framed as you see fit.

If you'd like to buy the card directly from me, I will make sure the proceeds go to one of these organizations. Please include your mailing address - I have not yet done one of these fund raisers online, and I want to make sure you get your card if you donate, so also please send me an email at lucia@luciadegiovanni.com with your info, just to make extra, extra sure...
